Bad service

I always rent a car in hertz and when I arrive from the airport in Durban they telling me to pay R17000 which is I always pay R1650 the deposit and they telling they cant refund my money now I have to wait until monday I ask them how I am going to go home whithout a refund or car cos I need that refund to book in another company if you guys you change the system or how you work it not the same like before why you dont notice all your costumes that you change the system bad service please dont rent your car in hertz.
