Bad Service

Guys when you get a chance kindly stay away from Hertz, their operation are worse than a Kasi ****a shop, with a lot of *********** staff, they are still holding on to about R9000 of my money as the car i rented damaged its clutch and they are holding me accountable for it because I was speeding at some point, the repair to the damage costed about R28000 and VW paid for 100% of the parts because the vehicle was still under warranty and also paid 50% for labour, its been almost a month since I've been calling and been transferred to different departments without no luck and I've got every reason to believe the damaged to the clutch was not caused by me.
