Bad and pathetic service Bad service ever—I made an online payment of R5650.91 to rent a car, I was told to collect the car at Hertz Johannesburg Airport- upon collection I was told it can never be given to me due to my low credit score-I then requested a refund, it’s weeks later of no payment received.
