Bad experience with Hertz car rental

Booked a car for one day and they took R5000 deposit , it has been more than 10days later and they have released the deposit. Their customer service is really not good. The customer service consultants can’t help to escalate, they tell you to write an email which has some auto response which does not respond to any query.
