Bad Experience from hertz car rental

I rented a car from hertz in Johannesburg and I then told them that I am going to return the car at East London and they said they will charge me for that that was fine and they said since am returning to another province I must take a car for five days that was fine with me. I took the on sutarday it was 15th August in the morning at Johannesburg I then came to East London. In the morning Sunday they called saying I must return the car before 12 Sunday because I exceeded the speed limit, however no one while I was taking the car told me about that and there was not even one worning from them they just called and wanted the car back. I then returned the car back because I did not wanted to couse any trouble for me. At my arrival at their offices in East London the Mr was so supprised to hear that saying he has never heard never heard something like that people get worning about speed however I did not received any worning, he then called his maneger the manager said he must call the car tracker department and they said we must leave the car. The man was so supprised and the was nothing he can do. I then left the car on Sunday and I was suppose to return it Thursday the 20th of August. They withdraw in my account after a week R1098. 75 with out letting me know and they withdrawn my money again on the 10th September 2020 R335 I dnt know whats for.
