Bad customer service, no help whatsoever

I had rented a car with Hertz Constansiakloof which I was supposed to return today( 05th Oct) which I did ,like I always do as it is not the first time that I have done business with them. To my surprise they were closed, I didn't know about this, I called the customer service for assistance, and I am being told I need to take the car to Sandton, which is 40 minutes away, I had arranged for transport from Constansiakloof because I had other commitments, so the was no way that I was going to drop off the car elsewhere. This was a huge inconvenience.
