Bad business practices

This company takes up to seven working days after the rental return to release your deposit.

When you query why blame the bank, saying that t it takes time for the banks to reals the deposit.

I have used many other rental companies and received the return of the deposit within 48 hours.

I used the Bloomfoneitn branch, and when I queried I was told that I should call back the next day they would do me the favour and ask the bank why the deposit was not released, but the person from their office would not take my number to provide me with feedback. This company has no conception of customer service.

I have also used other customer contacts on the web page, I have not received any response.
