Bad Attitude Consultant

I called in at Hertz to get a quote for renting out a car, the consultant didn't provide me with the full quote and she told me that I will get the details on the quotation. I provided her with my email address and she then told me that my email is on the way, and she sad good bye before even confirming if I have received the email or not.
