Atrocious Customer Service

I rented a vehicle from OR Tambo in 21 November 2020. Firstly, we walked around the airport parking for half an hour before we found the office as they are not located in the same area as other rental offices. On arrival at Hertz we then had to wait for an ITC check to be done, could this not have been done when I booked the vehicle. Then the amount that was blocked on my credit card has as yet not been refunded, more than 4 weeks later. Many emails sent with no reply/response and customer relations do not answer their phones. I will never use Hertz EVER again! Sad state of affairs when you can’t treat your customers well:(
