Appalling *******! Daytime *******!

Rented the vehicle and extended it for a few months with unlimited mileage, when the car was returned a different bill was charged based on 100km/day and excessive 4000km, Hertz deducted 17.000 rand from my deposit, this was just a daytime *******. Trying to get in touch with the company, no reply whatsoever, went to the branch again and suddenly they changed the rental condition to 200km/per day, after investigation, the branch admitted they made a mistake in the system and promised a refund, 3 weeks later still no update! Avoid ! Avoid ! Avoid!
