Angry clients

I am very disappointed with their business communication i did cancellation same day of requesting a car they advised I will receive my money within 48hours it was on the 20/12/2025 I then called them spoke to Henry if m not mistaken he advised at the branch they **** to me turn around time is 7working days if only his Manager Mario process my refund I ask him can I speak to him he told me he went out n he can’t give me his email but if I want to complain I should talk to Thabo vilakazi and complain that his staff gave me wrong information Ohk I called Thabo and he advised by the 23/12/2025 I will receive my money still nothing I called him today they advised he is not in his office I just need my money to be refunded
