Amazing Staff

My car had a breakdown, and was desperate to rent a car. This was my first time so I was so nervous and confused. However I dealt with a gentleman named Farhan who was an absolute pleasure to speak to. He took his time with me and not once got agitated, he went out of his way to assist me and explained everything thoroughly. Me being a call center agent myself, I know it isn't always easy, but he made it seem so easy. Upon picking up the car, I dealt with another gentleman named Thulani from OR Tambo, he was just as helpful, so vibrant and energetic. He went the extra mile to assist me and put all my doubts to rest. He made sure I was satisfied, explained everything swiftly and clearly. There was also another gentleman named Funwell, who assisted me with inspecting the car and showing me the different functions. He was patient and thorough. Hertz you got yourself star employees, they deserve a raise!! Big ups for the service
