Acceptable ***** by Hertz

Gold / Presidents Circle member for many years. Long term rental, always paid in advance. I had 4 unauthorised transactions totalling R4,051 go through my account from Hertz a month ago. They are both unwilling and unable to trace these transactions, acknowledge that they have debited me and most importantly refund debits for charges that they cannot prove. Yet the debits all read “Hertz Car Hire” with reference numbers, have been provided to them - at as high a level as their supposed “Regional” and “General Manager Claims and Customer Service” and still they are unable to find these transactions and pay my money back.
