2 years later wow - a debit from my account

I rented a car from them about 2 years ago from the George branch. after 2 years they debited my acount R540.00 for a fine that was issued to them in my only question is why did this take so long - this is the most annoying thing and their reference still say online hire. I would strongly not advise anyone to make use of them.
