Feel conned after renting from Hertz in Mallorca. Never again!

Feel conned after renting from Hertz in Mallorca. Rented a car with multiple damages visible - tried my best to document all scratches and dents at time of pickup. After handing in the car, was immediately billed for €1400,- for unspecified damage. I claimed no damage (and I knw that I caused no additional scratch) but the company claims that I have caused scratches to a headlight and maintained their damage claim.
