I got an agent Mandy who owns their own company, she said she has 3 possible tenants but she kept on changing stories but still I let my guard down. She then sent me an email that the tenant has paid the amount in my bank account she is going to fetch the proof of payment later I should hand her the keys. I said I will wait for the payment to clear she must send the lease in the meantime of which she sent an email with no attachment i asked her to attach the lease no response. Day later no money in my account and does not answer my calls. She later sms that the tenant is no longer interested without even asking for refund. She is a ***** be careful
