HERTZ CHARGES WITHOUT NOTICE FOR WHAT??

I have been charged $67.08 by Hertz to my MBNA Gold card. I received no notice, explanation, or invoice and I therefore have NO idea what the charge is about. Given it is now 5 months after return of the car to them, I can only assume it is a mistake.
