Bad customer service at Herti Deli

Hertideli and Essmor My experience at the store was awful. The bosses have zero regard for their customers. On the day of the incident, one of the bosses sent one of their employees to come and get my goods from the car back to the store. Even though I had already paid for the goods I was told that I will be reimbursed. I find it appalling that they have opened a public store but have preferences of goods that are good enough for one race compared to the other. Being of African descent, does not define which goods I can or cannot buy. In this day and age who still looks down upon one race and holds the other in high regard. Being a customer I feel degraded as though my money is inferior to that of the preferred race. Shame on you Herti in Boksburg. You are despicable!!! You need to learn customer service, it will really make you better individuals even in the way you interact with people in general.
