Bad Service

<p>I got this young guy from Herstel Dit to give us a quote to fix a frontloader, toploader and my tumbledryer, we gave him the go ahead and he fixed the frontloader and tumbledryer, he had to order the part for the toploader, we paid him in full for the toploader as well. After numerous calls he got the part and came to our house to fit the part, in the meantime I used the frontloader, 2 weeks later the frontloader breaks again and I plug the toploader in for the 1st time, it still didn't function as it should that was the original problem. After numerous calls and whatsapps, Herstel Dit answered eventually my husband's call, he told him that he should come have a look, he never fixed the original problem for the toploader, he came and told us the pc board burned, my husband told him that he replaced a part then that wasn't faulty, he told us he will come back to us. It is 2 weeks, if we phone him, he ends the call, he doesn't answer or answer his whatsapps. This is the worst service I ever got, we paid him in full and he couldn't even take responsibility or man up and answer his phone.</p>
