Herspace Wellness Voucher from Daddydeals
Good Morning In 2019 I bought a voucher from daddy deals for a massage at Herspace Wellness in Port Elizabeth but when I called to make the booking for the massage, the number listed on the voucher said it does not exist and after sending an email there was no reply to the email either. After a while I forgot about the voucher and this morning 18 June 2021 I saw the same ad that I had bought on daddy deals repeated and decided to whatsapp the number they had on the new advert to find out if this one was legitimate. Below is the email I sent to daddy deals support team after the lady at Herspace wellness said that I should speak to daddy deals support team. None of the companies seem to be wanting to take responsibility because they are asking why I took so long to get this sorted out. I have all relevant documents from proof of payment to daddydeals as well as copies of emails from myself to Herspace wellness and screenshots of the conversation with the lady on whatsapp. I just spoke to one of your consultants about a voucher I bought in 2019 for the exact same special you’re running for a back massage.I’ve attached voucher and other documentation concerned. The phone number on the voucher was *** and whenever I called it said the number doesn’t exist. The number now being used by Herspace Wellness is 041 581 and there is now a WhatsApp number of ***. I sent an email on the 30th of June 2019 to book a session and received no answer. I resent an email on the 25th of June 2020 and still no response. The number on google and other places I looked was still the one that said does not exist. On the 16th of April 2021 I received an email back from Herspace Wellness stating that they had been closed since 26 March 2020 to8 March 2021 due to lockdown. This morning 18 June 2021 I saw the same ad I had bought a voucher on daddy deals and I used the WhatsApp number *** and asked if they where running any specials on daddy deals and the lady rep**** yes. I have attached the conversation that we had as well as the emails. The lady I spoke to stated that I need to speak to daddy deals to get it sorted out and after speaking to a consultant from daddy deals he said I must send an email to *** but he’s not sure if any thing can be done.I would like this sorted out because I feel as a company it is also your responsibility to check that the deals we buy are legitimate and up to standard. The fact that their number has changed as well as the amount of time they took to answer the email shows me that there was some kind of problem. I would either like my money back from big daddy’s or a massage session from Herspace Wellness, either way something has to be done.RegardsDonna Gushman
