[URL Removed] could be a ****

It is Monday, 14.03.2016 and I phoned [URL Removed] 2 times today to discuss purchasing of their crickets and worms. The first time I phoned the phone just rang, the second time the phone was put down in my ear. I then sent a text message (Since they dont have telephone line I contacted them on the cellphone number provided on the webpage), someone rep**** to this message but never phoned back like I requested. I then phoned a 3rd time to a phone that just rings. Did so called market leaders forget that communication and relationship with customer means more than a marketing tool like the internet? I wil not trust this people with orders, especially online. There is no landline number, no physical address, and they expect you to use your bank card online? I suspect this to be a ****. Watch out.
