Payment received, but no goods delivered

Please be warned! I ordered a Nikon 50mm lens from Herox digital Solutions. I had a lengthy conversation via email with Desmond Andre, before deciding to order this lens. I looked the company up on their company registration details, etc, etc. This company and Desmond Andre is on Facebook, as well as on other sites on the internet. Paid on Friday, received confirmation details of order almost immediately. Saturday Fox Express Courier phones and says I must pay another R1200 insurance fee which is refundable. I refused and phoned Herox, Desmond just says my money will be refunded, he guarantees it. I refused and said he must get the lens back from the courier, I will collect the lens myself. Monday he doesn't answer my phone calls, but answered phone when my husband phoned from different number, he says the he should get the lens back from the courier this morning. Since yesterday, he doesn't answer is phone and doesn't reply on emails I have sent, even when my husband phones as well. This is a **** company I'm sure of it now. Please be warned!!!
