Appointment disappointment at Heron Banks Golf and River Estate Property Agency

Heron Banks Golf and River Estate Estate Agents never showed up at an appointment made with Samantha-Leigh at 3pm (at the estate). Philip her husband was supposed to meet me at the estate and never showed up. My wife and I left after half an hour as I tried calling Samantha several times with no answer. No communication was made to cancel the appointment. I think this was really unprofessional as we took time to visit this estate to look at the stands available for sale. Are you serious about selling property? Your lack of response shows otherwise. No apology was sent for not showing up, neither a call to explain why the appointment was cancelled. This was a waste of our time...
