please

i bought a jvc 55 inch tv at the above shop in 2017 for ALMOST R10000. 2019 it started by having 2 colours (one side bright and the side dark) two weeks after that it went dead. the agent that I was referred to by the shop charged R3000 included was a certain card that had to be replaced. two weeks after the repairs (sept 2019) the tv showed the same problems of two colours and it is dead again now I am confused anyone with the same curved 55 inch jvc can advise
