Hernweh bad service

Terrible up front service and worse back up service. I purchased a pair of shoes on line. The package took over three months to arrive and the shoes were the wrong size. I notified Hernweh about this and their only solution was that I keep the shoes and they'll give me a 5$ voucher for the next purchase! Needless to say, I rejected this offer and since then I have not had any further response. Hernweh did NOT supply me with the product that I purchased and they are also NOT interested in resolving their mistake.
