No After Sales

I am very glad for all the happy customers of Hermisource Automotive. I on the other hand, was not so lucky- They convinced me to take a windows device at the same price as an android and I was told that this unit would be better- It wasn’t. only later I found out that they didn’t have android in stock. The SD card had to be replaced, the unit ******ed up my vehicles electronics, the software , I later learned, is from 2012, the navigation system doesn’t pick up any satellites and the reversing camera only works when it feels like it. I did not experience any after sales service.After contacting this company, regarding the faults, that they failed to repair correctly the first time,they are not responding to any of my enquiries. I would really recommend doing a bit of research on the company and its products before making a decision. I am stuck with a unit I cannot use for the purpose I wanted it and was informed it would be useful for. But to those customers luckier than me, congratulations.
