Hermisource Automotive are ********!!!!

It’s now been 13 months since Hermisource Automotive took my money (R5500) and still have not received the console I paid for or a refund. The owner of the company, Mr Phakamile Ngaki has fed me all sorts of stories from COVID to shipment issues, and yet I still have not received my console or refund. I started asking for a refund from him since February 2022, and all I get stories about how he will refund me, but he does nothing. A very dishonest man. The business does not even operate from the address indicated on their social media pages.
