Poor Customer Service

<p>I purchased a box of Hermes Large Sugar Cones and I was not happy with the quality. Normally their sugar cones are crispy as stated on the box. This time around, I got a raw deal. The cones were not crisp at all. They were soft with a damp feel. It's as if they were exposed to too much air. I was disappointed. I tried four cones but they were all so wrong.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent a complaint via email and also from a link on the Hermes website. This was on the 30th of April 2017. I never recieved a response from Hermes. I then contacted them by telephone on the 17th of May 2017. I was given a different email address to forward my complaint. Still no confirmation of reciept.</p> <p> </p> <p>THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so done with Hermes and I'll spread the word. There are other brands and we shall switch to those.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
