Old cones purchased

I purchased a box of Hermes cones from Pick n Pay Ottery on 5 Dec 2015. When I made ice cream cones the next day, the 3 cones I used from the box were definitely old. There was no batch number and best before date on the box. I decided to not return the box to the store, since I would not know which batch to take a replacement box from. I raised this on the Hermes website [URL Removed] via a complaint later in that week. When I received no response, I called the Hermes office on the 18 Dec 2015 to follow up on my complaint. I then had to re-raise the complaint and give all the details again. The receptionist told me that I could speak to her and took all my details. She recorded all details on a consumer complaint form and asked me to send an email with the pics of the unbatched box, which I did shortly after the call. I have still not received any feedback.
