Herm**** Irrigation constant excuses

This guy took a deposit for materials and has had excuses for almost 2 weeks. He does not answer his phone, he lies about being there the next day then he says he had an accident. He has still not arrived. Asked for my bank details then ignored my messages. I am off to lay a charge against him. Do not use this guy
