Racial profiling. Lack of professionalism.

We were invited to visit a friend at the resort yesterday having driven two hours to visit the establishment . Upon arrival, nobody assisted us they simply inspected the car and motioned to each other as if we werent present . No one explained the process of how visitors should check in on arrival. We were made to feel unwelcome and as if we were ********* asking for entry. We were after a few minutes of gesturing and mouthing between security, informed that we were to call the main guest at the place. We called our friend stating that we are waiting infront of the visitors boom gate and that he should meet us there. Once he arrived, the white male security guard displayed hostility and aggression, asking my partner "if there would be a problem?" all the while we were simply waiting to enter. After confirming that there would be no problem, he disregarded us, looked at our friend and stated "that there would be a problem" and denied us entry without any reasoning. I have no choice but to confirm my belief that this situation was racially charged and that the white security guard was not comfortable with our presence at the establishment. That being said, I would not recommend any person of color to pay their hard earned money on such an establishment as never have I felt so aware and uncomfortable based on the color of my skin.
