Secretary at Animal Welfare Gordon's bay

The secretary of Animal Welfare Gordon's Bay, has absolutely no people, telephonic s****s. We phoned concerning our dog that's dying and asked if someone can come out and get her, her answer was "we only send out people who brings their dogs in wheelbarrows". I do not know what she thinks of herself. She is a secretary! Where is her people s****s? Whenever people of colour walks in there her whole demeanor changes...from body language to facial expressions. If she doesn't like her job or the place where she works, she should find herself a different job or place to work. I work for the government as well. Never has it been an issue for them to come and get dogs ( like they did with our previous dogs). She clearly needs to be send for courses and get EDUCATED on how to be a proper secretary. Her attitude towards what she does "helping others" is appalling.
