The perfect crime

The activities of Brian Engelbrecht, senior credit controller at HERMANS AND ROMAN, hews so close to ***** that it becomes difficult to give it another name. His actions are an infringement of the tenants rights in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, Act 68 of 2008: The right to disclosure of information; The right to fair and honest dealings; and the right to fair, just and reasonable terms and conditions. Brian has failed to give proper attention to details of the lease agreements signed with tenants in terms of the monthly rental amounts, escalation clause regulating the renr increases during the operation of the leases and the non variation clauses. He is always making adjustments that includes the payment of additional fees which could be classified as unfair and exploitative rental and/or services charges. When he is called upon to account he become rude and threatening legal actions. The simple conclusion must be that Brian is acting ********ly and perhaps ********ly. I have raised the matter with the company's legal advisor but her reaction to the matter is such that I am entitled to conclude that *********** tenants is company policy of HERMANS AND ROMAN
