Vehicle problem

I recently purchase a vehicle from Herman Nel Motors and encounter a problem with the radiator and they came took collect the vehicle on Monday 09/11/2015 but since no feedback was given and I had to call them to get updates. A simple thing like a radiator is too difficult for them to handle. It is now Friday and I still have not got my vehicle. The vehicle was standing on their floor to be sold but they have done nothing to it to ensure that such incidents do not happen. Clearly it shows that they just care about the money and not their customers. And to think I was going to refer people to them. Salesman also informed us that the vehicle was checked by the workshop which I now doubt seriously. <br> <br> This is just bad very bad Service.
