Herman Nel Motors.

I bought a Ford Territory cash from Herman Nel Motors in Roodeport. I specifically asked them (I have the proof if the bushes is in order as its a common problem on the Territory. I was ASSURED that the vehicle went through their workshop TWICE and that there is NOTHING wrong with the bushes. Ford Somerset West and Somerset West fitment centre says they HAVE NO IDEA how that vehicle went through the test. When the car is loaded with 5 adults the car becomes dangerously out of control and starts to snake.. I phoned them on the second day we drove the car and informed them about it. How did they get the car through the test??? They are totally unwilling to help even if they sold the car in a state where it is dangerous to drive. I have all the proof and telephonic recordings.
