<div>&nbsp;Heritage Motors in Rhodesfield is a big no no!!! Good day, please do not buy any vehicle from this company. The prices on the website does not include tax which they only tell you afterwards. They tell you to secure a car for it not to go on auction you have to pay 30% upfront then they take the vehicle off the auction list which did not happen. I paid the 30% and the vehicle still showing on the list. Then after you paid the 30% they tell you it's not approved and that you have to pay the 70% balance before the bank will release the vehicle. You can apparently only view and test drive the vehicle if you have a buyers refenece. I was in contact with the person the whole day and said I'm leaving work at a specific time and on my way to view the vehicle so I need the buyer reference. I went to the address they have on their invoice however when I got there there is no company with that name. The lady I spoke to phoned me during the day and said the system did not calculate the tax so I had to pay an additional R7800 towards tax. I was on the phone with another person and he promised to deliver the car free of charge the next day. And promised because of the inconvenience they will give me a Sasol voucher of R1800.00. The day of the delivery they informed that the bank advised the vehicle is now more than what was advertised and said I must do an immediate payment then they will release the vehicle. I refused to pay more money as that was not the agreement and also obviously not the selling price which they invoiced me for. I spoke to the manager and he was apparently upset about the whole situation and promised he will get the lady to whom I spoke to on a conference call which also did not happen. They are non compitant and unprofessional. I have no idea if they really exist or if it's ******** . I reported them to Discovery Bank and also did an affidavit for ******** . I really hope I get my money back.</div>
