Heritage Hill NO Maintenance or Proper Management

<p>In April 2016 we moved into Heritage Hill Estate, Centurion. After 6 months we noticed that the Management doesn’t do anything about houses that deteriorates. After enquiring, the HOA acknowledged that they lacked in managing maintenance for 6 years. We also consulted with other Estate Boards and they informed us that HH is well known for its lack in management, extreme water damp issues and non-existent management of maintenance. All stems from the same issue - incompetency. For the last month we have been trying to get to the root of the problem but the HOA doesn’t take responsibility at all and there are no progress from their side. They get personal and think that they are untouchable. We have no choice to resort to a legal alternative in order to limit financial losses. The Trustees doesn’t fur fill their fiduciary duties which is punishable in terms of law. The problem with this is that the estate is beginning to deteriorate after 10 years and the value of the properties are declining. Properties are currently unable to sell due to people knowing the problem with *********** management. If you consider buying into this Estate rather do your research before you commit and lose money on an investment before your bond is registered. Your investment will definitely not grow with the current HOA or lack thereof. See the photo- i wish I could add more, this is nothing compared to some of the houses– You will be shocked if you examine the estate up close. </p>
