We book all inclusive 9 day stay June 2018: no evening entertainment at night, only a few jazz oneband singers at the various restaurants. The Savanah buffet restaurant for breakfast was everyday 100% the same with no imagination , evening buffet was also the same repeats with maybe one or 2 extras. After a few days we could not face the breakfast meals anymore. The Savanah restaurant is the only restaurant on the resort that suppliesd breakfast. The snacks in our room was only peanuts, where as the papers said chips instead.Snacks provided in the main bar/lounge was dull and not tasty at all. No kiddies entertainment was supp**** to the older kids, they had to entertain themselves at the kids club. The person working at the shack on the beach for ****tails was not really friendly and the ****tails without any detail or imagination, we had no desire for going back for more. None of the ****tails on the resort were made with care, no slice of lemon or garnish on the edge of the glass, and no ****tail or drink was a replica of the previous one. Teatime morning and afternoon was for 9 days every day the same cakes(leftovers from breakfast), and a few days we had a person working at ice cream station that did not speak English. We feel we did not receive a holiday worth our money, feel they tried to supply us with cheap variations.
