Bad Service

We have received a bad service at Heriot City Apartments. when we got there one of the toilets in the apartment was not working properly and it didn't have a curtains for the whole 4 days of our stay, we reported it but they told us to go to another room and remove the curtain there. first morning we didn't get breakfast on time, we were told that we not on the list. the didn't clean our rooms, you will never recognize the cleaning staff, because some of them are wearing uniform but other are in their casual wear.
