Shocking service from Herd SA (fitness)

Extremely poor service and empty promises about delivery of products ordered on 13 October 2021. I had to enquire about delivery of equipment 3 weeks later. On 02/11/2021 I received an email from them claiming that the order is scheduled for shipping in the week, and that we will receive a tracking nr etc. 10 days later, after I had to follow up again on order, I received a lame excuse about waiting on new sponge for AB-Mat as they weren’t happy with the quality of the first ones. AGAIN the message: “your order is scheduled for shipping on Monday, I will insure your receive a notification with tracking nr”. 23/11/2021 I had to enquire again about ETA of shipment. I received the package 2 days later, but incomplete, as the AB mat was not delivered with the rest of equipment. On 30/11/2021 they sincerely apologised and said they were shipping the AB mat that same day. Now 3 weeks later, no word from them and no AB Mat.
