Pathetic Service from Herd SA Gym Equipment

I purchased an adjustable bench from this company. Firstly, the order took 2 months to arrive. Multiple reasons given by the company, however I was willing to overlook this, as I felt they had kept in contact with me (Despite numerous promises and delays). The bench eventually arrived, however once unpacked, the entire frame was skew. I contacted the owner, Haemish (Spelling?) who assured me that this would be sorted, and that new parts would be sent to me. We are 3 months down the line, and Haemish has stopped replying to my messages. I am now stuck with an almost unusable bench (Unless you can bench press while angling your back an additional 15 degrees either left or right). At the end of the day, I feel I have been incredibly understanding (Considering the delivery time was originally stated at 12 working days). Do not waste your time and money with this company - spend an extra bit somewhere reputable and spare yourself 3 months of headache. I have essentially lost R4000.
