Hacksquat faulty, Order 2717

Bought a Hacksquat machine last October 2021 Several problems with machine. Promises made for repair and promised free bench, etc last promise beginning of June 2022 after several promises still no delivery or communication. Sent me a waybill to follow up on delivery of a bench that was never despatched.
