Buttr / Herbivore Earthfoods

I placed an order of just over R1 000 on the Buttr website or around 17 May 2025. I have not received any confirmation email or any update on the order, yet the amount was processed on my credit card in favour of Herbivore Earthfoods.

I checked on the website now - The 'contact us' page does not exist and there are no other contact details to be found anywhere on the site. I sent a message on Facebook messenger, to which I have not received a reply.
