Herbert puppy heaven is a big ****!!

I paid over the money as emailed to me, and was promised delivery fee of R800 included. I have not received my puppy, only an email from global animal transport insisting on a transportation refundable fee of additional R9200! I refuse to pay as this is double the price already paid for the pup. So sad to have paid over my daughter's 3years savings for a Yorkie pup.
