For the past 3 months I’ve been struggling to get a refund. Each time the ticket is closed without the matter being resolved. I have attached banking details each time and yet this has not been resolved. I regret joining and wish I didn’t even do so

I’ve spent over R1500 on airtime and each time the call is placed on hold or I’m told I’ll be called back which never happens.

Spent over 25 minutes on hold trying to get a answer for my money

I feel like I’m begging for my own money which is frustrating
