Sponsor change

Good day! This is not a review on the products but the customer service l received from the consultant that l spoke to. It has not been a month l joined the business but l need help, l called the call centre firstly l was told that l cannot change sponsors therefore will have to wait a period of 12 months. I called for the second time, l was instructed to login to my account. But l cannot see information in order me to change sponsors. Honestly l was not pleased with the level of service l received from the consultant. The reason l want to change the sponsor is that l signed under a wrong sponsor therefore l want to change within 30 days of my membership! Please kindly help me out.
