Can I please have my refund it’s been 35 days what more must I do coz you keep ignoring my posts here and emails.. can I have my money back

12 Apr 2021, 11:20I just called the call center and spoke to Tshidi Mokoena she was very rude . Asked to speak to a manager she told me “you know we work from home so obviously you can’t speak to a manager “ can y’all listen to all the calls I maseand the mails I sent from the 26th of February.. someone didn’t do their job and I’m being promised to be called back yet nothing .. how do you guys deal with customers?????
