Puseletso Matsane is a dishonest Herbalife distributor

I am really unhappy with herbalife and its distributors. A lady by the name of Puseletso Matsane who claims to be a herbalife distributor is very dishonest and very disrespectful. I sent her R940 more than a month ago with the promise that she will deliver the products to me and it never happened. Week after week she came up with different excuses and she never delivered the products. At first I was understanding of her excuses cause I thought she was honest until I felt like she was delaying my progress and asked her to send me my money back. She promised to send but she didn't and still hasn't sent my money back. I called her day after day and she ignored my calls. I even went to confront her and she gave me attitude and told me she will send me my money whenever she has money. I've never felt so disrespected in my entire life. To even think I felt bad for asking for my money back and then she gave me attitide. She doesn't even care about how I was financially inconvinienced by all that. I dont know what to do anymore. All I want is my money back. Herbal life SA dishonest people like Puseletso Matsane are costing your business. I have used Herbalife before and I was happy with the results but this unfortunate incident made me loose interest on the product even though I know I need it I just wont trust anybody anymore
