Products making me pick up weight

I have been using my shake twice a day for 8 weeks with the tea and fiber and herb tablets. I exercise at least 3 times a week and my calorie intake i was told to be 1200cal. Now what i would like to know is HOW is it possible sticking to what was told to me (up protein, no rice, pasta, potatoes and bread) that I AM NOT LOSING WEIGHT. I lost 1kg and back to where i am. I have only gained a little muscle and lost a tiny amount of fat which i have now put back on in the 9th week. cm wise i am only down 2.5cm on my waist. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? Protein snacks are herbalife protein bars. Also i am not the only one that has not lost weight, i am one of at least 5 people that i know of. One women has done 3 challenges and lost nothing. I did herbalife in 2005 and i manage to lose 20kg in 12 weeks NOW I CAN NOT EVEN LOSE 1kg in 8 weeks! Myself and my partner have spent over R4600 in the 8 weeks and are not seeing any results. WHY?

Hi Chenel,

Taking Herbalife weight management products in combination with a well-balanced diet and active lifestyle, you may expect modest weight loss over a period of several weeks. Modest weight loss can be defined as approximately a 500-900g of weight loss per week. However, each individual will lose weight at different rates and there can be a variety of factors which may impact weight loss.

These factors can include—but are not limited to—health status, body composition, medications, age, eating habits, kilojoule intake (both too low or too high) and/or exercise. Since there are many factors which can impact weight loss, we recommend seeking the advice of your health care provider prior to s****ing a weight management program.

To assist in a conversation with your health care provider, we recommend that you share with him/her the labels of the products you would like to use. Health care providers may also contact us directly.
