Please assist - Waiting for delivery- what is going on?

hello, I made an order on herbalife on 7 November and i was expecting delivery of the product the next week but 2 weeks have almost gone by and we haven't received anything. It is supposed to take 2 days. Please assist. We called in to herbalife and were told the products would arrive yesterday, but we received nothing. the very same thing was said last week.
